Evan, as I said on the night your and your team are truly FANASTIC!! What a night!!!!   EVERYONE Is still talking about the Party - they say it was a Party that NO ONE will EVER FORGET!!

I accompanied some of the guests in the lift from the ground floor of the Towers. As we neared the 10th Floor your decandent food flavours reached us in the lift. As soon as the lift doors opened our guests were commenting on the delicious "food smells".  Your decadent buffet and the 5 star service you and your Team provided is a credit to you! Working with you has been incredibly easy and truly a pleasure. You listened to our requests and the advice you subsequently gave us was invaluable. We will definitely use your services again I am sure.   You have given us priceless memories - Thank you!!
